The 17 August 2026 record clarified the historical investment and recommendation-evaluation horizon as exactly 0–3 months. Three calendar months was the stated terminal boundary; the passage of time alone could not establish an outcome.

Earlier wording, corrected in public

The record carried forward Edition 2026.34’s correction and clarified horizon wording omitted from earlier public research. The originally published material remained unchanged; corrections were recorded separately with their dates.

Contract dates are source facts

Edition 2026.35 stated its 0–3 month falsifier in the publication. Longer periods describing contracts, company plans or delivery schedules remained source facts, separate from the investment-facing horizon.
